"Do you not know that in a race the runners all compete, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may win it. Athletes exercise self-control in all things... So I do not run aimlessly, nor do I box as though beating the air; but I punish my body and enslave it, so that after proclaiming to others I myself should not be disqualified" - St Paul

"Its been an honour having Llewelyn travelling along with the team. He gave us all the information we needed to know about the opposition before going out and playing them and aiming for those weaknesses and it really works. I believe any national cricket side would wish to have someone with such talent like him. We are so fortunate to have someone like him, who is so passionate about his cricket stats. When we want to know how many runs we made or wickets we took he gave us all the information we wanted to know!"

"Llewelyn worked for the Darren Lehmann Cricket Academy between 2010-2012. In that time he brought his unique skills in the area of eye training, which gave an area of expertise that not many High Performance Programs around have. In what is a critical area of the sport, sight, he highlighted areas of weakness and strength in different players and then where required developed their ability to track and focus on the ball. It was an area that created interest from the England & Wales Cricket Board as we had a number of their scholars, which now includes current England player, Joe Root.

He also worked as our IT expert in the areas of website and video capture that is crucial to any High Performance program. Llewelyn’s skills were highly valued and gave the program a point of difference in the case of visual training. All other areas of IT support were carried out in a thorough and professional manner. For any organization that requires these skills, you will get high quality work that will help your organization progress, and achieve its outcomes.”
